Good all round knowledge of Thai cuisine of a high standard. Duties to include management, financial control and responsibility for supervision and training of all staff. (2 cooks, 2 assistant cooks, 2 kitchen porters and casual workers) in the preparation and the presentation of classic Thai dishes in a very busy environment. At least 4 years experience at this level is required.
